At MaBrix, we care about your comfort and satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Tags and labels are still attached

  • The product is not part of a sale or clearance item (final sale)

  • You received the wrong item, size, or a defective product

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, Garments (Dress Shirts, Dress pants, Casual Shirts, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless you received the wrong or damaged item.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and a photo if the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange pickup via PostEx or direct you to drop it at your nearest PostEx center.

Return Options

  • Exchange: We’ll ship your replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refund: If you prefer a refund, it will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Returns that do not meet our policy (e.g., worn or damaged items) will not be accepted

  • In case of size issues, one-time size exchanges are allowed (excluding undergarments)
